I have over 100 LF of cabinets to spray which includes 80+ doors. Usually I have plenty of room to lay 'em out, spray 'em and leave' em. On this job, however, space is at a premium. Just wondering if any one knows of a simple, yet effective drying rack that a guy could build on site

Looks like a good design based on your needs. I'd recommend putting a strip of blue tape on the top of each bar to help prevent the doors from sticking to the rack when you flip them to paint the other side.
The spray rack has to be wiped down after you spay several doors. The drying rack worked great and needed minimal wipe down. I think a cap spray or help keep the over spray down. It comes with several plastic spatulas that have a coarse sand paper on it. You use these to hold the edges of the painted doors when transferring them to the rack You can watch a video on it at...
