Good work Santiago! A lot better than that sample you posted with the Hard Coat!
Interesting color for a small room, but You sure made it look nice!

Tuxedo stairs anyone? Lot of work there Santiago. Nice job man! kind of a pain I would imagine. I love the look, but they would never get away with that setup these days. No railings... definitely no OSHA approved!
I did one new construction job where the lady had hand rails that I stained, and they made her re-do them because there was no place to grip the rail. They had to route it, then I had to come back and try to blend it all together, which was not an easy task.

Hey, Santiago's post brings up a question... On re-paints, would you remove any bannisters present before painting or just paint around them.
And if painting around them, what would be the procedure if using an 18" Roller?
What say Ye?

On repaints I'd paint around them.
Lol yeah, it's not legal yet because we finished the railing unistalled and it's unoccupied. The carpentier will install it and finish what he has left to do. When the house is near completion I'm going back there for a paid touch up day.

Yah, I did some cracked pepper several months ago on a remodel. Doors! What product did you end up using on the treads?
